What isHito IShop’s Returns & Refunds policy?

Hito IShop does not accept order cancellation without any valid reason if the payment transaction is completed. Customers acknowledge and agree that purchased and/or bidding of product and/or service requires payment in full amount. 

如果付款交易完成,Hito IShop不接受不正当理由的订单取消。 客户并同意购买和/或投标产品和/或服务需要全额付款。

What is Hito Ishop ’s Returns & Refunds policy? Hito Ishop的退货和退款政策是什么?

 

Each product come with it return policy and will be stated during live & on product page. We provide one to one exchange policy for all products during receiving that proven defect after inspection by our QC team within 7 days.

All refunds will be process in within 30 days after we inspect all related parties and approve the refunds.

All used item can be returns & refunds if is not under manufacturer defects.

每个产品均附带退货政策,并将在直播和产品页面上注明。 我们会在收到产品时为所有产品提供一对一的交换政策与规则,我们的质量控制团队会在7天之内检查及证明缺陷。
